The Yucaipa Iris Festival is an annual family event. Thanks to the success achieved in the last ten years, Yucaipa has been “put on the map.”
We anticipate an attendance for 2011 in excess of 20,000 people.
The Iris Festival is the perfect family outing, with enjoyable activities for young, old and everywhere in between. The main attraction each year is the beautiful flower show located in Yucaipa’s Community Center. It features the Iris -- the city flower -- and many other beautiful blooms.
The Gem & Mineral Show puts on a spectacular array of precious and semi-precious stones.
The Yucaipa Iris Festival has more than 80 outside vendors fill the fairway. live entertainment in the outdoor amphitheater fills the air all weekend long. The Kids' Fun Zone gets better every year featuring bounce houses, obstacle courses, Rock Climbing Wall, Midway Games and face painting to keep the younger attendees happy. Our Home & Garden Expo, featured our local commercial vendors, is one of the main attractions of the festival.
The Yucaipa Iris Festival has been awarded Favorite San Bernardino County Community Event by the Press Enterprise Readers’ Choice 2005.
The 2011 Festival is scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday May 20th, 21st & 22nd at the Yucaipa Community Park, located at 34900 Oak Glen Road Yucaipa, CA 92399.
