A Letter From the President of the Yucaipa Iris Festival

In 2001 the Yucaipa Iris Festival began to educate our community of the City Flower, the Iris.  The Iris Festival is the perfect family outing, with enjoyable activities for young, old and everywhere in between.  Entrance and parking is free. The main attraction each year is the beautiful Flower Show located in Yucaipa’s new Community Center.  It features the Iris -- the city flower -- and many other beautiful blooms.

The Gem & Mineral Show puts on a spectacular array of precious and semi-precious stones.

The Yucaipa Iris Festival has more than 80 outside vendors filling the fairway. Live entertainment in the outdoor amphitheater fills the air all weekend long.  

The Kids' Fun Zone will be open for children of all ages throughout the weekend and will feature bounce houses, obstacle courses, a train, a remote control track, a rock climbing wall, power jump, bull riding, face painting, a coloring contest, pie baking contest and entertainment to keep the younger attendees happy. 

The Home & Garden Expo will be larger than before and showcased in the west area of the park all weekend long. We are excited to add this year a Car Show.  Also returning this year is the popular tractor show.
