Red Letter Biography
We are Red Letter.
The name derives from the version of the Bible where the words of Jesus are colored red, so as to enable the reader to easily identify them. Sometimes we all want to cut through the details to hear directly from the source. We would like to be a means to that source.
Red Letter is a group of four men from the Yucaipa-Redlands area. We all have families, day jobs, and the usual responsibilities. We enjoy playing all kinds of music and have been doing so for many years, as individuals and as a group. Some of the music has a message. Some of it is just plain fun. We currently play Classic Rock and Roll, Contemporary Christian, and some of our own music. We are in the process of writing more of our own. The band has played for many different venues, including churches, car rallies, parties, and concerts in the park.
The band members are, from left to right, Steve Maurer, Eric Bader, Ken Knight, and Bob Estopinal. We are currently open for bookings. For booking information, contact Annelle Maurer at 909 838-2291 or redlettersm@gmail.com
